M3dicube Cambridge

Who we are

We are a student-run organisation at the University of Cambridge aiming to promote awareness and access to medical 3D printing under the national interest group M3dicube. We hope to achieve this by organising projects, seminars and workshops.

Why 3D printing in medicine?

Recognised as a high impact medical technology, the NHS has seen the integration of 3D printing technology in various aspects, especially within the surgical disciplines (implants, guides, prosthetics). Despite such advances, medical education has remained largely untouched. We at M3dicube believe that 3D printing technology can add an extra dimension to medical education.
